1. One star indicates that the cycling level is accessible to everyone.
2. Two stars indicates a bit more challenging (but hey, we have electrical support, so that will work).

Sure, we can completely unburden you with a turn-key experience, one contact person, no stress. We organize everything down to the last detail, which we map out in time.

If you book in advance (min. 1 day), you do it online (via the booking tool on this website). You pay the full amount (excluding the deposit) online, during the online booking. You can pay with credit cards (visa, mastercard, american express), Mobile Pay, Bancontact, Revolut Pay, iDeal, Klarna, EPS. The deposit is paid during the physical check-out.

If you reserve last minute (by stopping by on the day itself), you pay via online banking or cash during the physical check-out.

Yes, that's possible, you select the price excluding e-bike. Make sure your (electric) bike is in good condition to participate (tire pressure, lubricated chain, brakes in order) and provide a bicycle helmet.

We organize team building events for 6 people or more. We can also accommodate large groups of up to 25 people.

We require a deposit per rented e-bike and speed pedelec (see our price list - link at the bottom of the page). You pay the deposit at the time of pick-up (cash or online banking). After we have cleaned and inspected the e-bike and if there are no defects found, we return the deposit to your account.

Must-bring: comfortable clothes, good shoes, filled water bottle, sun protection. Optional: camera, raincoat (keep an eye on the forecast), snacks (for extra energy in between).

We provide premium e-bikes, a helmet, a bike bag and an approved bike lock, so you can cycle comfortably and safely. We provide an extensive briefing about that safety before departure. We also pay attention to the concept of “cycling in a group”, which is less evident than it seems. Finally, we always provide a supervisor who knows the route and is your organizational point of contact.

You must be at least 16 years old to rent an electric bike. To rent a speed pedelec, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid type B driving license. At tootoot, you only rent bicycles for adults. For parents with (young) children, we have the electric cargo bike, bicycle trailers and child seats as a solution.

Yes, you can. As soon as you are registered, you will receive an email from us about the lunch options. In any case, we keep it as fresh and healthy as possible.

Sure, we are easily accessible for commuters by train, bus or car. Our headquarter is located in the Scheepswerfkaai 7A1, 1500 Halle, in front of a parking lot. If you come by train on the bus, get off at the 'station halle' stop and walk in ten minutes along the canal to our HQ.

Unfortunately, in our reception area at HQ, we do not have the facilities where you can change clothes easily and comfortably. So make sure you arrive in the outfit for the day.

We have an inclusive approach: you don't have to be an experienced cyclist. Our e-bikes fully support you, and we adapt pace & route to the group. Our counselor (s) provide calm guidance, clear explanations and safe conditions. So everyone can participate.

Yes, before you leave, we take the time to optimize the bike in the most comfortable position. You can also change your saddle and helmet size (if available). The frame size of our bikes ensures that most people will 'fit' properly on the bike. However, are you smaller than 1m55 or taller than 1m95? Please let us know in advance and we will try to come up with the best solution.

No, this formula does not include insurance, neither for you as a participant nor against damage to our electric bikes. For this purpose, we refer to our general rental conditions. Safety on the road is an individual responsibility, which we consider before departure and remain a focus throughout the day.

Basically, we start from /and arrive at our base in Halle. We are in this flexibly and can start and/or arrive on location. We let the program that we put together determine this.

To guarantee quality, we limit the start/arrival on location service to a radius of 25 km around Halle. If you are staying in a hotel or bed & breakfast within a radius of 15 km around Halle, we can offer a flexible service (so be sure to let us know when booking).

8 days before the event, we will evaluate the registrations: if there are not enough participants (the number can be found on the theme webpage), we will cancel this event and inform you about this. You will be 100% reimbursed.

For a carefree day out with our comfortable electric bikes, you don't need to be in top condition. With the electric assistance, you can easily climb any hill or slope. With tootoot, you always get a smartphone holder for on the go and also an extra solid chain lock. Handy and extra safe!

If you don't rent accessories, think about your safety and bring your own bicycle helmet. If you prefer to use a GPS system instead of your mobile, you should provide that yourself. A bicycle bag is useful for storing the bike lock and lunch package. We don't recommend cycling around with a backpack, because it's just not so comfortable.

In case of light rain, we will let the event go ahead and look at an indoor picnic area. Rainwear/adapted clothing is then highly recommended. From KMI code orange (lots of rain and wind), we postpone the event to a later date. You will be notified at least 48 hours in advance.

You don't have to return the rented bike shiny, we'll take care of that. You do have to return the bike intact - the perfect technical condition, just the way you got it. You must report any defect or damage when returning it so that we can follow up immediately.

You can cancel your registration free of charge up to 7 days in advance (mail to info@tootoot.be). Within 7, you can only cancel free of charge with a valid medical certificate.

Don't panic. Call us and report the problem. Depending on the situation and our availability, we will arrive on site. We'll try to repair or (if available) bring a new e-bike so that you can continue enjoying the day.

Yes, we ask for a deposit of €100 per e-bike. You can easily pay them via e-banking upon departure. If no damage is detected afterwards, you will be reimbursed the deposit.
